Andersen<\/p>\n<p>Orville C. Dewey \/ O.C. Dewey<\/p>\n<p>Joseph Edward Patrick Dunn \/ J.E.P. Dunn<\/p>\n<p>Carlton J. Endres \/ C.J. Endres<\/p>\n<p>Chapmon Fletcher<\/p>\n<p>James\u00a0Malcolm O&#8217;Leary \/ J.M. O&#8217;Leary<\/p>\n<p>Enos Sandberg<\/p>\n<p>Manuel Sorola<\/p>\n<p>Lewis Charles Taylor \/ L.C. Taylor<\/p>\n<p>Clarence D. White \/ C.D.
